Although we are full both in stalls and in pasture, below is our flyer with prices and amenities.
Does anyone need a good equine dentist? I can make an appointment with John Clark, but I would need a head count. Thank you.
I’ve had a few requests for our web site and prices. We don’t have a web site at this time, just FB for now. Hopefully, we will have one in the future. Since there is interest, this might spur me into setting one up. Our prices at this time are $250 for pasture and $350 for box stall. The charges haven’t increased since 2013; I have to review our expenses and determine if there will be an adjustment in 2015, but we make every effort to maintain reasonable fees. Thank y. ou for the messages and for visiting our farm page. Mary
Baby, it’s cold outside! We turned horses out late; they will be coming in after we get stalls cleaned, probably around 11 am, due to the wind chill. Tomorrow and Tuesday will most likely be the same routine. If you have questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you.
Hi, All: I just scheduled a group appointment with Stillwater Equine on Thursday, November 6th, at 2:30pm, for shots and other work. The clinic will be sending a sign up sheet with prices; they will be posted in each barn. If you have questions, please let us know. Also, if any of your horses are in need of dental work, we have been using the services of John Clark, an equine dentist. John is an excellent practitioner, and his prices are generally lower than the veterinarians. I have known John for many years, and can vouch for his work. I can set up an appointment if you let me know. Happy trails!
Good information-I will laminate this and post in each barn.
Horses did come in early today, to get them out of the heat. There is a nice cross breeze in the barn, so it’s not too bad. I had no idea two weeks ago that I would be wishing for rain!
Some good tips for horse owners and for stable owners.
You will not get better service at this barn. Mary and Jack have made this place all about the horses. They live on site. and react to your concerns pronto. If you are not a responsible horse owner, this is not your place. If you love your horse, keep the horse trimmed and wormed, pay your bill, you will find all the help you need to get those tasks done. This is a great place and many amazingly fun people board and have boarded here.
I THINK VALLEY VIEW FARM IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO BOARD YOUR HORSE. I HAVE BOARDED MY HORSE THERE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS . . THE CARE IS EXCELLENT ,THE BARN IS ALWAYS CLEAN, AND THE BARN MANAGER KEEPS AN EYE ON EVERYTHING. THANK YOU MARY AND JACK!.
