Twin Cities Medical Clinic. One of the worst urgent care experiences, EVER!
Receptionist was rude, and the doctor was an idiot. I have never experienced such poor, incompetent service. I explained to the doctor that I suffer from a unique ailment (as described from my general care doctor – I am out-of-state), and he laughed and told me I was crazy. To make it worse, the doctor gave me and did nothing to make me feel better.
He gave me a sheet on the common cold and told me to read it – I’m sorry, but am I 12 years old? Two weeks later, I’m still sick and another doctor told me that it is mostly likely a bacteria infection. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I do not recommend this clinic. I went to the clinic, because I had a persistent cold/flu that none of the over-the-counter medication cured.
To be honest, it seems to me this doctor does not believe in western medicine, especially prescription medicine. I am disappointed and wasted money by going there. Doctors are knowledgable and medical staff is responsive. Negative reviews for this clinic are very old.
I actually like them better than my own doctor.
I am a repeat visitor to TCMC, both for myself and family members.
The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors are caring and professional. They are my go-to place for all sorts of medical issues, including stitches,(…)
