It’s Friday evening, Sears!!! Seriously. had $150 of stuff that I really wanted. 2 registers open in the entire first. floor of the store. Long lines at both. No one is interested that you are there spending your hard earned cash. but I did have a loss prevention guy tailing me the whole time. Blows my mind. Left the pile. left the store. This wasn’t the first time, either. .

So I bought a lawn mower and paid to have it delivered.
It was delivered four days later and the mulching blades, which we paid extra were not put on. Though the salesman said they do put them on, the SEARS factory said they do not. So they leave the lawn mower and guess what it does not work.
To make a long and G-rated story, we fussed and got them to deliver a new mower, which still did not have the mulching blades on them. Not to mention, the cart we ordered along with the mower had a flat tire by the end of the first day. So then the manager sent out a service man to fix the flat tire and put the mulching blades on. So I thought I am finally happy, when I noticed that the service man did not give me back the original blades.
When I ask for them, he says he threw them in the garbage. The garbage must have been in the back of the van, because that is where he handed to me from. He then says Those are mulching blades, so now you have two sets.
So the questions become: Why was I sold mulching blades if the lawn mower already had mulching blades on them? Why did two delivery men from the SEARS ware(…)
