When I got there, he walked me back to Chad (the shop manager), and we talked about what I needed. I was under a time crunch. Chad was finished 2 hours before I needed it, the price was very competitive, and, in the end, Joe and Chad picked up a new service customer through old fashion respect, customer service, and work!.
