We are here visiting from Ft. Wayne Indiana. The food was very good and our server Ally (Allie) was awesome.

Just went the the ale house to get several growlers filled and likely buy 2 more. As I walked in the door I was greeted . by the hostess and said I am only getting some beer I would not need a table. She said that was fine and pointed me to the bar. At. This time a waiter looked at me, and I told him the same thing. I also asked how the bangers were doing and he replied they just star, ted. I asked the score and he walked away. So I watched the game and looked around for awhile. I asked the same waiter about a beer they have and before I finished the question he walked away. So I waited a little more. No one came to serve me or to tell me that they would get someone to help me. I was just ignored. So I told the waiter I would go to the Water Street brewery to get beer. The cocky punk said that would be fine. The hostess said pretty much the same thing. When I called the who I believe to be the hostess answered and would not let me speak to a manager until I gave her my last name. When I said it was rumplestillscon( sp?) she said FINE! Then in some twist of fate the call dropped. Know I may not be a regular there but if someone could make about $60.00 in the time it takes to fill 4 growlers ( I estamate 15 minutes tops) why would you have staff that is rude and disrespectful? Not only did you lose a sale but a potential long term customer. A sad day when you get treated like crap when all you wanna do is spend money. . . .
