CANCELLING Kohl’s charge CARDS!!! First it took 2.5 MONTHS (& 9 worthless/stressful phone calls) to refund $$ for order. we never received. Still dont see refund on my card! Today I call in – for the 3rd time!! – regarding deductions from my checking acct for OVER $676.00!! due to issues with Kohl’s website (supposedly due to “system updates” & apparently I’m not the only one. :() Tri-City bank tells me I need a ONE PAGE fax from Kohl’s, stating there is no order. Then they can release the funds. Supervisor (yes I asked for Supervisor) says he doesnt have the “resources” to do that. ????? I think I’m going to smack somebody – HARD – soon!! Businesses have grown SO arrogant – whether it is dealing with employees or customers. Good employees & customers will dump those companies AND spread the word about them! So here it is – KOHL’S HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m the one who cannot use $676 of my own money because of KOHL’S website screwing up. What are they doing?? He’ll escalate and see what they can do. .??? RIDICULOUS!.
