One of our code of values at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is “having fun in the process!” On this particular day, I forgot to tell my beautiful wife Karen(who had a school function that Saturday morning) that I had an appointment with one of our clients to pick out their plumbing fixtures at the Ferguson showroom. With our clients approval, we kept the appointment and I took my two little helpers with me. Sometimes it takes our kids to remind us not to stress about the little things and have fun in the process.
This is the second bath we have done for this homeowner. This was ‘his’ bath they wanted redone. The old bathroom was wore out and he had no storage. Even though we kept the same footprint, we were able to make the room feel larger by creating a custom angled vanity and installed a matching linen cabinet above the toilet.
Late 80’s custom home with a very dated bath. We removed the large soaker tub and installed a large walk in shower. The customer wanted a large vanity and a walk in shower.
Bath Remodel $1,000 off Kitchen Remodel
This was a project that was very special to us. We were asked by Jim Harvey if we would be interested in remodeling their cabin’s bathroom in Michigan. It was nice to be back where I spent so many summers as a kid and be able to give Jim, Shaun and the Harvey family a bathroom that will be great for years to come.
I’m sure 75% of us grew up in homes with a bathroom similar to this size. The customer really wanted to maximize their storage so we created his/her vanities and separated them by a cabinet that was deeper and taller. We topped it off with a large upper cabinet for additional storage. The birch cabinets are finished in a espresso color and the counters are LG Viaterra(quartz). We used all Kohler (forte’) fixtures and Dal-tile for the flooring.
This was an amazing project for us. Mr. and Mrs. Spieth had dreamed of a kitchen where they could entertain large groups and have their kids over for a meal and not feel cramped. We designed the kitchen to flow with their living room and give the Spieth Family lots of room for dishes, storage for holidays and a spot for laundry on the first floor. They were an absolute joy to work with and we were able to accomplish their vision.
We removed the carpet, beams and fan in the living room. We rebuilt the fireplace with the new stone and drywalled the upper half. We installed custom cabinets and added recessed lighting in the living room as well.
A fresh update to a bathroom vanity in Jackson.
Our upcoming ad in the Clipper Magazine!! It will be in their September 16th mailing.
This was the most rewarding project we have done. ARC is a company who represents adult with disabilities. In this particular home, the 4 gentlemen who live here are in wheelchairs and have care 24/7. We were called into this home to convert 2-bathrooms into one large bath that would accommodate a barrier free shower and wheelchair accessible bath. We have a great team who accomplished this task with a few hours to spare. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen’s motto is ‘Enhancing Lives and Improving Homes’. I couldn’t think of a better home where this line fits. We were really able to enhance the lives of these four men and improved their home in the process!.
