I stayed at this hotel this weekend and I am completely apalled. Let me star, t out by saying I will be contacting managem. ent higher up about my visit. We checked in and right away I could tell it was not going to go well. I called ahead of time to ask about an allergy. it was very important that I know what sort of soap it uses to launder the linens because my other room guest is allergic to dyes and fragraces in cleaner and soap. The manager assured me he would look into it but I heard nothing, even though he said he would note it on my reservation and make sure all was well. Thank god I brought my own towels and sheets because I never found out if the soap was safe. I never heard a word. I booked my hotel through Groupon, and when I arrived they couldn’t locate it and acted as it if was my fault. When finally I persuaded them I did in fact have a reservation, and showed them the app, and the email, they finally let me sign in. The room they gave me smelled, had dirty scuffs on the walls, filmy surfaces, the flimsiest blanket I have ever seen, and the shower smelled of mold. The bed was smaller than I paid for. Half of our lights were out. Our paintings were all upside down in our room. The entire hotel felt run down and our room was no exception. The photos on the website made it look well cared for but it was the complete opposite. My reservation was for 2 days and the maid came in my room the first morning and told me I had to leave because I had not paid. Well, I called the desk and they incorrectly scheduled me for one night even though I paid for two, so I had to go through hassle and sign more paperwork about that, get assigned new room keys etc. Also my heater didn’t work that well, so when I asked at night on the second night about getting another blanket to keep warm they said no one was there to find me one. They shoveled snow outside my window and kept me awake past 1:00 am. I felt as if the only part of my experience that wasn’t sub-par and insulting was the breakfast, which was plentiful and fresh. I am very disappointed, almost insulted at the quality of services and lodging provided me. I will be reporting to Groupon and whoever else I can talk to about this horrible experience.
The hotel appears to be renovated but there are some features that were missed. Our room does not have a dresser to stor. e clothes. The restaurant serves hot dogs and chips. It is not a full restaurant. They also ran out of towels. The room was clean but my over all experience was not good at this hotel. The description on their website makes it sound much better than it is.

Free shuttle was awesome for us!
We will definitely come back!
Hotel is in a bad area. It seemed like hookers were hanging out in the lobby. The shuttle is old and nasty. In fact broke down when we were supposed to be picked up. The hotel did get up picked up with cars 30 mins later.
The heat in the room did not work well. One positive is the room was clean. The breakfast was also good.
I wouldn’t stay here again. Shuttle driver Saturday evening was phenomenal!
The manager not friendly at all!
No garbage cans in rooms.
Was staying over night for medical purposes, not from the area, and with the summer fest going on, there was no other hotels available on such short notice. When I went into the lobby, I was greeted by the owner who immediately was willing to help me out in any way. After searching for a room, he then reduced the rate due to me being there for surgery. Also offered me the shuttle service for any time we needed, including when we had already checked out. Was not worried about enforcing the checkout knowing we weren’t there for any other reason then a place to sleep. When we entered our queen room, I first notice the bathroom. Clean, mode(…)
