Clock Shadow Creamery scored more national recognition last night drawing a third place win with Pizza Cheese curds. Congratulations Mark, John and Juan. 1780 cheeses entered in contest and the competition was crazy good. Our buddies at Landmark cheese got a third place for their Petit Nuage. And the mother ship, Cedar Grove Cheese took four second place awards for another very successful showing. Thanks to our customers for rewarding us every day the way the judges did last night.

On to Providence for the American Cheese Society, Cheese Camp 2015. Contest, 1700 plus cheeses all available to try, lots of education sessions, a couple board meetings, and our buddies. Hope our cheese makers will score some more awards against amazing competition. But, we all win at this event. I will keep you all updated.

Lazy Susan in Bayview is now featuring a Ratatouille Poutine with our curds (not pictured) and Beef Kabobs with our Coalho!

Thanks to Lazy Susan for featuring a selection of our cheeses on their cheese board!

Our table at the Fondy Market Schlitz Park pop-up yesterday. Look for us there every Thursday this summer!

Have yet to be disappointed! Just finished off a wedge of Cajun yellow cheddar. Wonderful!

Cheese curds are amazing as well as the other cheese I’ve tried so far! Can’t wait to try more. Great staff too!.

Clock Shadow Creamery makes the finest and freshest local Wisconsin and artisanal cheeses to put on your table and feed your family. Milwaukee’s original urban cheese factory. Neat cheese and specialty shop near the clocktower in Milwaukee. It’s similar to a cream cheese, and often has stuff mixed into it like vegetables, or in this case, sweet stuff. Some of the cheese is house-made from local animals.
There is also a selection of local cheeses, spreads, and crackers so you can make a lovely picnic. The building itself is LEED certified, with recycled pickle barrel staves covering the outside walls.
Cheese is very tasty with a large variety of cow, goat, sheep and even water Buffalo milk cheese. The tours were sold out though so I don’t know how good they are. I am a huge fan of Clock Shadow cheese. I love cheese in general, but this building is extremely eco-friendly and it has a great story. We took a tour and learned a lot about Clock Shadow Creamery and their cheese. The tour is purely verbal, you do not get to walk through the production area, because it is small, but you do get to look at pictures and learn. Once the tour is done, it is all you can sample cheese tasting!
We left with 4 different types of cheese. Great Dill Navarro.Had it on the Lakefront Tour.
