Now that his big day is over, here’s a couple things I got to help Santa out with this year wink emoticon

Wishing everyone safe travels and a very Merry Christmas!

And here’s the finished product with a little added Christmas flare! A special thanks to the Bettercraft Company, LLC.

Here it is all glossed up! Grandpa Gil should be happy to have a piece of his old barn back. We’ll be taking orders for them soon!

Fun fact Friday: The slang term ‘rock elm’ for American white elm, is derived from the correlation between the life expectancy of sand paper used on a piece of ‘rock elm’ and a similar size area of gravel driveway! unsure emoticon (In no way is this at all true)

One dining room table made completely out of reclaimed barn wood. More photos to follow when it comes back from paint!

Just got done installing this reclaimed barn beam mantel. It is a solid 3″x 6″ maple beam that has been milled smooth then stained and varnished. It’s nice to give an old piece of wood new life, and bring a little history into your home

Soon we will be taking down this old barn. Let me know if you are interested in purchasing some reclaimed barn wood or glass blocks. If you have a specific project in mind, let us know, and we might be able to help with that as well!

Just finished this cedar deck with a tempered glass rail system. Looks good, and so does the view!

Tip from a pro: Have problems with sagging shelves? Attach a 3/4″ x 2″ board on edge to the back of the shelf with screws to add extra support!.
