Taking traditional old world ingredients and infusing fresh products and made-from-scratch techniques, France, Italy, England, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Scandinavia, Northern Africa and just a smattering of Asia are all represented on the Blue’s Egg menu.

We serve brunch 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Established in 2011.

The sister restaurant to Maxie’s Southern Comfort, co-owners Dan Sidner and Chef Joe Muench opened Blue’s in 2011 to offer breakfast and lunch everyday of the week.

A few of our Irish specials for a Fizzy Friday: Colcannon Cakes and the Kipper, Apple & Celery Salad. Plus, Fisherman’s Pie Scramble, Ham & Leek Browns, and the Dublin Lawyer Omelette is “Today’s Egg Plate.”
Irish month rolls on! Today it’s Kedgree (with home-made kippers and scallops). Also, Colcannon Cakes, O”Blue’s Steak & Liver Sauté and a Kipper, Apple & Celery Salad. Plus, Smoked Salmon Omelette and Beer Cheese & Corned Beef Browns on a Washington Wednesday.
