I have never had such poor health care than I’ve had at Winona health. The staff is ill educated, rude, has no empathy, . and the doctors. Well I’ll just say I’ve seen smarter monkeys. I will not be returning and their lucky I don’t file a report.

So help me god, with the prices this place charges for bad service, Im surprised they are still in business. My husband . is forced to do appointments every 3 months to get his pills. No problem, except, he has to see the doctor to get those pills, and the day he has his appt, they call at the last moment to say the doc wont be in, lets set up an appt with someone else, fine, so he gets his pills for that month, but in order to get them, he has to go thru blood tests, only, to be forced to see his regular doctor and more blood tests the next month as well. WTH? Wasnt the appt the month before, along with the blood tests enough? Not for them, they pay these monkeys $15 an hour to get blood samples, and test said blood samples, and then charge you $400, only to do it again the next month? All because his worthless doctor, who forces him to sit in the exam room for well over an hour because said doctor is so old, they came on the Titanic and should have retired many years ago, and husband if forced to change doctors every year or so because the last one retired. Its time to move on, Im not paying you monkeys a dime more. You most certainly are not worth it.

Winona Health is a community owned non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of the Winona, Minnesota, regional community. Nurses were very kind, Joel Stevens PA-C was so caring and considerate. You can tell he truly cares for his patients.
I will always choose Winona Health!
The advice, service and treatment my daughter received for her concussion at Winona Health was sub standard to say the least–as a father, I am concerned about the lack of empathy and professionalism the staff showed towards college age students at Winona. I hope my daughter does not require further medical attention while she is attending college in the Winona community. This hospital has its priorities quite backwards.
The care for their patients is far below satisfactory, and their respect for their employees is just as poor.
I’ve had two surgeries at Winona Health. I was met with Care that left me in the hospital overnight for a surgery I was supposed to leave the same day of. They refused to acknowledge my call light for almost an hour at one point when I was in extreme pain due to THEIR mistreatment. It’s one big clique, and their patients(us) appear to be a nuisance. Afterwards, they’ll ignore your pleas for payment plans to pay your bills, send your bills to a some loan company with no warning, and you’ll be getting your wages garnished.
Avoid Winona Health and receive services from any other possible so(…)
