Meditation and asana are wonderful ways to clear your path. Mental clarity and calming the vrittis of the mind don’t just naturally occur for us, it takes practice! While we may resist, and make excuses why we shouldn’t or don’t have time to practice asana and meditation the results are blissful. Take time to care for your own well being.
The wise man lets go of all results, whether good or bad, and is focused on the action alone.”- Bhagavad Gita
There are (at least) 3 good places in which to practice meditation: 1. Quiet sitting 2. Asana practice 3. Daily life” -Erich Schiffman
I haven’t been to yoga in 5 months due to an injury. I was a little nervous but as soon as I walked in I felt home again. My body and soul love the beauty, the peace and joy of yoga – and Akasha is the best!!
I’m really new to the whole thing but have enjoyed my first two classes. Love the ambiance; great teachers, great music.
