How do you store Lavazza ground coffee?

Many coffee roasters recommend placing the now opened, but resealed bag, into a cool, dry place. Fridges are usually very dry, but keeping coffee beans in a fridge or freezer does cause condensation to collect on the beans when they’re removed and that moisture does make them go bad faster.
