Does Corian scratch easily?

Corian scratches relatively easily, but it’s also easy to run out the scratches using polishing materials designed for the purpose. But, my basic point, is, don’t expose it to high heat, because the material can’t take it. Scratches are VERY visible on Corian if you get a solid color!
