    I started training with Kristin approximately 18 months ago. Initially, with a coupon for a massage (which I also recommend). I've been thinking about a personal trainer for a while, but never made the commitment. I then realized she was also a personal trainer and had a special on your first 3 sessions – so I gave it a try.
    Kristin has an entrepreneurial attitude and has since opened her own facility "Springbrook Wellness". I have concentrated on training 2x/wk and supplemented 1 or 2x a week at the YMCA. What I've learned is that it is not the facility or equipment that gets you fit, its yourself and a good motivational trainer.
    I have not trained this hard for years (decades). She knows my limits and can adapt exercises to keep me working hard without working hurt.

    * Zumba (I don't do that) В 
    * Tai Chi
    A friend told me your fitness in your 50's will determine your health in retirement.
