Right now in Grafton - Ladies Night Out!

Atlas BBQ is looking for some awesome people. Cooks, hosts and servers. Turns out some of our awesome crew are off to college…

Atlas BBQ will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. It will be weird for us to take a Saturday off, but hey - its America's Birthday. Time to spend it with friends and family. Cheers and have a fun and safe 4th.

We’ve been busy the last two weeks with Giro and Grillin in Grafton. We are so thankful to be a part of these two great events. On top of these two busy weeks Atlas BBQ was also recognized as “Best of Taste” at the Starting Point Fundraiser at Concordia University and “First Place” for our chicken wings at the Giro d’Grafton. Thank you so much for supporting these events and Atlas BBQ!

The Bavarian Taco. Imagine the Atlas Nachos inside a hand rolled pretzel cone. Available at the Atlas Giro d'Grafton Tent on Paramount Plaza - get em while we have em!

Pulled chicken sandwiches for the Giro d' Grafton - G is ready! And, stay tuned for the unveiling of the Bavarian Taco.

To celebrate the Giro d' Grafon Bike Races this Saturday, we have a new mascot to show our support. Yep, it’s a pig on a bike. The problem is we can't find a good name for him/her. Post your suggestions and if we choose your name, you will get an Atlas BBQ T-Shirt. Hurry though, we need a great name before race time.

Busy weekend ahead of us. Saturday is the Giro d’Grafton and Sunday is Father's Day. For Father's Day we are preparing a limited amount of the Brontosaurus Rib. Dad, how hungry are you?

Congratulations to our 5 High School Seniors graduating this weekend. We wish you the best and thank you for being such an important part of the Atlas Team.

Atlas BBQ will be open on Memorial Day. We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Look what arrived in the mail today. What an Amazing feeling it is to know our guests are taking the time to write nice things about us. Also, cheers to the Atlas Team for caring - it really shows.

Tonight's wing count: 654 - the word is out, Thursday's .50 wings!

Happy Mother’s Day! To help celebrate the day I wanted to share part of a Mother’s Day card a server’s 6 year old drew! (check out the T-Shirt)

The force was with us yesterday.

Today's Why Not? May the 4th be with you.

May the 4th be with you! And, why not stop by for the Death Star and $2.00 PBRs?

Monday, May 4th. Did we mention $2.00 16 oz. PBRs? I guessing we were the first to ever turn a can of beer into a lightsaber! (ok, this maybe a bit of a stretch, but hey - why not?)

Service was horrible and it wasn't even that busy. Waited 15 minutes for a server to even come and that was AFTER my hu. sband stopped another server and asked her to find out who our waitress/waiter was. Took another 15 minutes to get our beer and water once ordered. We had a 6 top. 2 ordered the beef brisket which they said was good but the portions were too small for the price. My husband and I both had the pulled pork sandwich. No complaints about the sandwich or meat. The mac and cheese had no bacon and reminded me more of alfredo than cheese. Average at best. The fries were WAY over seasoned. The two people that had them had to send them back. When the manager stopped by and asked how things were my husband and another friend both commented on the lack of bacon in the mac n cheese. His response was "There is never enough bacon" and "we'll do better next time". He offered NO resolution. Useless management staff = they won't last long. I was in town from Indiana (grew up here in Grafton) and there will not be a "next time" for them to do better. There are much better restaurants to eat at in the Milwaukee area and even in Grafton.

Loved the sauces on the table- had pork brisket and it was fabulous! Excellent wait staff and atmosphere.

Dry rub BBQ, Beer and Bourbon. So impressed that we decided to hold our rehearsal dinner in their Map Room in August. We were given many options for meats, sides, salads, and deserts and they have different pricing tiers depending on how much food options you want. We chose the city and were very pleased with the appetizers and everything else. Our only complaint was that the seating inside was very tight. We were told the room could fit 30 people and we had 24. I think that there was room for more they just placed us around a smaller group of tables.
It worked out fine, as we had a beautiful evening and had cocktails, ate appetizers and had dessert out on the patio. We will definitely be back for more visits and would consider having another party catered with them!
Fun staff, fabulous food, a real treasure!
Not wanting the same old Friday fish fry, my wife and I decided to go to Atlas BBQ. From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were in for a treat. We started with the pork nachos.
My wife ordered the grilled salmon, while I had a trinity platter.
For my three smoked meats I chose a sausage hot link, pulled pork and brisket. Even the sides were wonderful. The service was top notch, and the prices were more than reasonable. We will be heading back to Atlas BBQ soon!
I have tried atlas twice and the have had better brisket and ribs cole slaw hell even the beans.

Went in for dinner and was seated immediately. Ordered a sample platter with ribs, pulled chicken and pork -- we ordered the burnt ends -- and sides of coleslaw, cornbread, and mac n cheese. Waitstaff and service was great. Food came quickly, and everything was fantastic. Ribs were smokey and tender, the pulled pork and chicken were by far the most moist I've ever had, excellent. And the burnt ends were unbelievable, and were served in a fantastic tangy sauce. Coleslaw and mac n cheese were good, but I was most impressed with the cornbread, which was fantastic, great texture, nice and moist, and perfect flavor. I've worked in the food service industry for more than 10 years, and it's very difficult to impress me, but I was genuinely impressed. It was abundantly clear that the food was fresh, from the same day, and the quality and value offered is exceptional. The menu is good, setting and ambiance also very good-- quality and upscale, while casual. About halfway through the meal, the owner came by my table and said hello and asked how we were doing with out meal, and how our service had been. It was all exceptional, but I was most impressed by a restaurant owner who observed the dinning room, greeted customers, and observed the experience he was providing to the diners. This impressed me greatly because I think it's very rare in the industry, despite the importance and value in doing what he was doing. It's clear that these are serious people, serious about providing a great experience and value, with a passion for BBQ and quality food production. There's little doubt in my mind that they'll find much success, especially considering the popular, but poor quality of other choices in the area. And the BBQ? I don't think there's a place providing food like this anywhere near it's area. 10/10 - Will be back many many times.
